Our library is a regional branch of the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System, which operates public libraries in Fulton County and in the city of Atlanta. The AFPL system is funded through tax-based support.

The Friends of the Northeast/Spruill Oaks Library urge the public to contact those officials who make decisions about our library.
